Class Schedule

Basic classes focus on core techniques. Advanced and Open classes focus on more advanced areas including technique reversals, freestyle and randori. Weapons classes emphasize techniques with bokken (wooden sword), tanto (wooden knife), and jo (short staff). Frequently classes are split into two areas, for example the first hour focusing on basic techniques and the second hour focusing on more advanced application of the basic techniques.

Eishin-ryu can be practiced with wooden bokken, iaito (blunt katana) or katana (Japanese sword). Practice weapons are available.

Seminars, kyu tests and other special classes will be listed on the home page in the News Section.
